Print to a Printer Style

Every time menyetak to the printer, you always get the files in the printed neatly. The concept of WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get), which was popular in the 80 years-an is always a specialty in Microsoft Word. The result, what you see in the Microsoft Word document on a monitor, that will get you in the printed version.

This concept is a little weak. You are still a little computer with the general public will not be able to directly know the format and style are used in printed documents. To be able to find out you have to open the document and view digital versions of the format one at a time via Microsoft Word.

The best way to cover this weakness is to print the document and its style information used in the document. This way, you can find out what format is used in a document.

Here are five easy steps to print the document and its information to its style:
1 Click [File]> [Open] and then select the file name to be printed.
2 After the document opens, click the [File]> [Print] [Print].
3 In the Print, Print find what combo box, and then change into Document Styles option.
Press [OK] to start printing.
